Get Ready To Receive your Visa

Security Regulations do not permit you the following:

Your application will be sent to the competent authority for decision making. The status of the application can be tracked through our website or you can avail SMS service. You will receive SMS alerts on the registered mobile number.

Once the application is processed & decision is taken, your passport will be returned to the visa application centre where you originally submitted your application.

Mode of collection

  1. Courier – You can opt for courier service at the time of appointment scheduling, at the time of submission of your application or even after the application has been submitted.
  2. From Visa Application Centre – You or your representative will have to visit the visa application centre (where the application was submitted) for the collection of your passport. Below mentioned documents are required at the time of appointment scheduling:

 

  • Original receipt
  • Passport photocopy
  • Incase of travel agent or representative, authorization letter from the customer
  • ID proof of the representative or travel agent
